Gabriel V. Almeida, EA: CEO of Checks and Balance Financial Services, B.A. in Accounting and twenty-five years of experience in accounting and auditing. Certified in tax law and compliance, specializing in corporate, trust, and personal tax planning and preparation.

Brett C. Baumlin: President of The Decisive Difference, Inc. Twenty-two years of experience in financial planning. Fully licensed broker of securities and insurance, specializing in retirement planning, pension and 401k rollovers, individual investment portfolio, tax credits and all types of insurance.

Michael G. Almeida: Vice President, Accountant and Software Specialist. B.S. in Accounting and Quickbooks Professional Advisor. Certified to install and setup accounting software. Excellent trainer and works one on one with each client.

Chris J. Baumlin: Executive Insurance Representative. Fully licensed, independent property and casual broker. Specializing in insurance protection for the business owner, individual, auto insurance and homeowners insurance.

Liz Almeida & Barbara A. Baumlin: Customer Service Representatives. Over fifteen years experience, Liz and Barbara have superior prowess as a clients advocate, guaranteeing that the clients rights and information are protected.

Sarah Greenwood: Payroll Specialist certified in all types of payroll processing, government reporting and payroll tax compliance.
